Calibre Search is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating in the Built Environment, FM / Building Maintenance, HVAC / Refrigeration and Marketing sectors throughout the UK.
We helped them on a variety of projects: web, social media and business process.
We detailed their current strategy and outlined areas where the business could improve its processes, build its client base and talent pool using CRM and social media.
After an initial audit a number of areas were identified that would help with the above objectives, namely:
- Social Media and web – identifying a strategy and training the business on how social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebbok and Blogging) can help attract the right clients and candidates, whilst advising on how to use their website to market their business and attract more traffic.
- CRM enhancement / replacement – defining their business process and identifying which CRMs would best support their business going forward... ultimately looking to the future and ensuring they have the right software to deliver a proactive service to their clients and candidates.
