The rest of the Barclay Jones team were working with Aspire People to define their digital strategy.  As part of their recruitment technology and social media review we discovered that they were getting limited ROI from Broadbean.

I spent a day with the operations and marketing team to:

  1. Gain a complete understanding of the capability of their Broadbean features and functionality.
  2. Review their current advertising and candidate application management and business process.
  3. Align their business process to their systems.
  4. Improve the candidate applicant experience through improved communications detailing status and progress of application.
  5. Advise on their CRM and Job Board Posting system integrated.

This session resulted in improved consultant experience through removal of duplication of processes and quicker capture of applicant data into the CRM.  The ops team are helping to define the recruiter and candiate experience by using Broadbean more successfully.
