How did we help?

Wayne Barclay 100x 100We were asked by Harris Global to help them achieve ROI from their recruitment technology. In order to achieve this we increased recruitment consultant CRM usage and improved the ways they were using the system.

The strategy behind this focused on clear data cleansing processes to help improve data quality, a thorough review of their Bullhorn CRM, workflows and processes to identify efficiency gains and remove ineffective tasks. 

In addition we also delivered a focused recruitment training program to improve the knowledge of the Bullhorn software for the consultants. This involved a discussion and documentation of existing working practices with teams and compiling a number of changes to the system to support the identified workflows.

Our recruitment technology consultancy drove the overall optimisation program that gave users a system that best suited their needs. We identified and built a much needed CRM and set of best practices that supported all areas of the business, including increasing the quality of the candidate and client pipeline.

This helped to reduce consultant administration and speed up the recruitment process.
