Barclay Jones worked with Hudson on a number of global and local recruitment technology and social media projects, acting as an advisory to the IT team on recruitment technology / CRM projects - including a global review of lead and opportunity management.

We worked globally with the Chief Knowledge Officer, Vice President of Digital & CRM Marketing and UK/Ireland Marketing Director to define social media strategy and adoption. 

We then built a training estate to support the global recruitment consultant adoption of social media. This included video, online materials and assessments to help recruiters generate more leads, source talent, improve the brand and develop business contacts.

We also ran a LinkedIn community for Hudson staff to keep them engaged and updated with social media initiatives and ideas for improving business process.
