Rose Megson (PNG)100x 100NES Global are a global recruitment business who recruit contract and permanent roles into the energy, oil and gas, chemical, construction and manufacturing sectors.

NES approached us with their immediate need of face to face new starter training, tailored to NES processes. The training was to cover new starters in the UK and also a new Polish team, who were coming to the UK specifically for the training.

Before the training, we spent a day with NES’s Project Manager to work through their business process and how this should be incorporated into the training.

We delivered Bullhorn training over two days and not only showed how the Bullhorn system works, but how as an NES employee it should be used, e.g. what activity to run through, what certain fields meant, how it integrated with Idibu the NES placement process.

Barclay Jones put in the effort; their sessions weren’t simply of the shelf but provided bespoke training aimed at helping recruiters use Bullhorn and improving NES Global’s processes. They prepared workshops and documentation specifically for us and our recruitment processes.

As a result of this experience our teams are now using the Bullhorn system more efficiently and we have a good structured flow document to deliver futher training.
