They approached us as they were growing their brands and wanted to skill up their recruiters to be more effective with digital marketing, and work with their marketer to create strategy and tactics to improve brand and reach.

We initially delivered a discovery workshop to report back on our view of their current strategy (and that of their competitors). We then worked with them on a monthly basis to mentor / coach / train the Directors / Marketer / Recruiters.

The goal: to create successful strategies with digital and social technologies - to generate leads and attract locums and permanent healthcare and veterinary staff.

They helped us look at the ROI and trained my team to focus on this too. We now have trackable data of every marketing project for ROI. In addition we have a marketing executive who understands how to market a recruitment business and is also more organised.

I know which strategy is practical and will help me capitalise upon social media and recruitment technology and we are becoming a market leader in what we do online.
