How Did We Help?
Teem are a specialist Software Sales Recruiter. Their goal is to grow and secure more retained clients and loyal candidates. We audited and benchmarked their online presence and delivered our strategic ideas to the board. We helped the team devise their ongoing social media and digital strategy.
We scoped a 6 month road map to work with the director to improve process and ROI, mentored the marketer to deliver best in class adverts, content and engagement to attract and convert their ideal talent and clients.

What Is the ROI?
I listened to Lisa’s podcast with Greg Savage and this encouraged me to contact them.
In order to effectively future proof our business and move with the times, we wanted to utilise Barclay Jones’ expertise in social media and social recruitment. Given their engaging and professional social presence, we instantly recognised that they were specialists in their field and were already doing exactly what we wanted to achieve.
We got specialist, hands on advice that really helped to attain our goals, and more than that, we were constantly challenged and pushed to achieve. Lisa is a great presenter and managed to develop a collaborative approach from my team. This is no mean feat with recruitment consultants who need to see the immediate value in something before they will invest their time.
The goal was to elevate our brand, to free up my precious time whilst educating someone I knew would have intellect, ambition to take our digital presence to the next level. I needed it to be in safe hands, and challenged. I like Lisa’s style – we can cut to the chase and Lisa understands our business and I like that she challenges me and the other stakeholders. They have an energy – we get the most out of every minute and we now have a strategy and confidence.
I’ve already recommended Barclay Jones to another agency! I trust that they will have a great experience.
Barclay Jones are always on my radar – they practice what they preach. If I had to describe Barclay Jones, I’d call them challenging, energising and disruptive (in a good way!).
