We are working with a national recruiter to help them implement a new CRM system, whilst helping them to develop their social media strategy
We will be consulting and implementing projects to improve the business:
- Improved online presence, including website and social media presence
- Social Recruitment strategy to speed up delivery and reduce costs of the recruitment process
- Migrate to a new CRM to take advantage of new developments in the Recruitment CRM world and ensure that the recruitment process is easy to follow and deliver and report on
- IT Strategy: looking at what strategy and technology is most appropriate now and going forward
Overall, we aim to help with:
- staff morale: easy to use systems to help staff manage and retain their accounts more effectively
- management information: managers (and staff) have information with which to make decisions about business growth
- improved online presence: taking advantage of social media streams and internal sector knowledge, whilst generating new business
