We work with clients who either have an in-house team of IT staff, or who outsource their IT function. In any event, we add value by adding a commerical, business-focussed and strategic approach to the business.
We often find that internal IT departments are focussed on the day to day running of the IT function, and have no time for the strategic issues that the business faces. Equally, we find that outsourced IT functions are concerned with the "uptime" of the business and rarely get involved with the long-term business goals.
Also, because we are unique in our approach in advising on the appliocation of technology to business (not just hardware, software and infrastructures, but also social media, training, expansions etc...) we are extremely well placed to deliver a value-added joined up strategy.
