After an intensive 7 week process, Barclay Jones moves a recruitment client HQ into 6500 sq ft of prime recruitment and training space, ready to expand the business to more than 50 consultants.
Having taken almost 18 months to find the right premises and with their business growing considerably in that time, moving was a necessity. Realising that they had limited experience, trusted suppliers and time, project managing a move whilst still managing and growing their business was going to be a big challenge and could expose the business and their clients to risk.
With a clear understanding of our client objectives a project plan devised, agreed and communicated to the newly formed project team, Barclay Jones with their extensive experience in office relocations, worked closely with key members of the business and managed everything from space planning, internal fitout, data infrastructure, equipment sourcing, phone system configuration, old office closure, physical move and set up and configuration in new office.
