We trained Rilwood Associates' Recruitment Consultant workforce (approx 40 staff) on how to use LinkedIn to develop more business and speed up their recruitment process.
Each team of consultants were given hands-on training focusing on the business development element of social media as well as the traditional candidate generation. The outcomes of the training were:
- Generating more candidates, and quicker
- Generating more clients, and quicker
- Generating leads
- Improving their brand
- Speeding up their placement cycle
- Spending less time online and more time with clients / candidates
The team rapidly took to the system and some new processes, and gained value in the form of more connections and leads, some of which turned into placements in a short time frame.
