I approached Barclay Jones because I wanted to improve attraction rates of staff to my business and reduce recruitment costs and reliance on recruitment companies. Their experience of the recruitment industry and their approach to social media has resulted in a clear strategy.
Barclay Jones were approached by Tarmac Building Products Ltd with an expressed aim of helping them reduce their recruitment fees and improving their online brand through the use of Social Media.
Working with the senior members of the HR department, we devised a strategy to use Linkedin to improve their attraction rates and improve the online profile of Tarmac Building Products Ltd.
We ran a series of short, digestible sessions for the HR management team and Director to:
- Make their profiles more "attractive" - thus searchable and likely to attract potential contacts.
- Find and engage directly with potential candidates - thus speeding up recruitment process and reducing costs.
- Improve their online brand within LinkedIn, where naturally their ideal contacts reside.
They are now able to use Linkedin to approach ideal candidates directly, which will speed up their recruitment process and reduce recruitment spends. They are getting involved in online activity of their sector thus improving the online brand of the business and making Tarmac Building Products Ltd more "attractive" to work for.
