Stafflex are a successful recruitment agency providing their clients with 24 hour support for qualified, skilled, semi skilled and unskilled personnel to schools, offices, industry and engineering across West Yorkshire.
We detailed their current strategy and outlined areas where the business could improve its market penetration, increase public exposure across new mediums, whilst simplifying and shortening the recruitment cycle.
After an initial audit a number of areas were identified that would help with the above objectives, namely:
