Many recruitment leaders I speak to want to improve recruiter productivity, and have invested heavily (and wisely) in the right recruitment software, but they will also say “why don’t my recruiters do what I need them to do?”
If recruiters are going to actively grow, then the “coolest tool”, the recruiter, needs to be tackled – but how?

Look at the stats:
Recruiter attrition 25%+
2/3 of people quitting their jobs citing a lack of training
And how much it costs to replace a recruiter (£10k per new recruiter to get them billing)
…are not great reading – and ironically the answer to the problem is point 2.
