How Did We Help?

IPS are a global recruitment consultancy specialising in Insurance, Finance and Legal sectors.

A CRM review identified a number of challenges regarding the stability of their current recruitment system, lack of in-house expertise to support it and the inability of the system architecture to support future international growth.

A replacement recruitment software project was commissioned to source and implement an appropriate solution – Bullhorn. The board of directors commissioned Barclay Jones to manage the end to end project.

We delivered our Recruitment CRM Solutions via a CRM Discovery, Stick or Twist analysis, and then helped to implement and ensure effective recruiter adoption of Bullhorn.  We:

  1. Set up the project to engage the business in the project.
  2. Analyse the business and identify its key processes that systems should be assessed against.
  3. Manage the sourcing process by introducing appropriate solutions that best matched the critical requirements.
  4. Project manage the implementation of Bullhorn, configuration and data migration phases.
  5. Drive the project through to go live.
  6. Deliver Bullhorn training and support to users during the critical adoption phase.
