Pro-Recruitment are a recruiter specialising in Education, Finance, Tax and Legal recruitiment.
They initially engaged us to help them improve their social media and digital marketing strategy, increase recruiter ROI and brand. Once this project was complete, we were asked to support them in their Recruitment CRM migration project to Bullhorn.
We audited various areas of their online business process and resources which included Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and how their recruiters use these resources in their business process to attract talent, generate leads and market the brand.
After reviewing these areas, we advised and trained on best practice use of online tools and how best to integrate them into every-day business process. The Pro brands pride themselves on their sector expertise and client and candidate management which has gained them an enviable client base and reputation.
