  3. We delivered a workshop to help them build a structured plan, and more effective awards copy.
  4. We reviewed the new copy they created
  5. And finally, we delivered a workshop on how to generate ROI from awards, even before being shortlisted.

We needed to streamline our recruitment awards process.  We had entered a few awards and not gotten anywhere with them; we realised a more structured approach was needed to identify which awards to go for and how to create a winning submission.
