James Webber Recruitment is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency, placing hospitality professionals, chefs and front of house staff nationwide.
James wanted his team to be more confident making sales calls. He wanted to increase phone time and generate more sale and candidates.
He knew that by not developing their “generating warm call” skills, that the business would suffer. He works in a very competitive market.
We delivered our Inbound Sales for Recruiters Training. This consisted of defining the inbound sales process, discovering the personas of their ideal candidates and clients, developing their job adverts to attract the best candidates, and using LinkedIn and email marketing to generate warms calls.
How Did James Feel?

I wanted to improve business development opportunities for my team. We wanted to encourage people who hide behind laptops to get on the phone. We wanted them to understand how to generate warm calls.
We spoke to four other suppliers. When we spoke to Lisa, she was the most “outrageous”. Other suppliers we spoke to were boring and we needed some energy, and someone with a recruitment background. Lisa listened to the goals we wanted to achieve and offered a bespoke and tailored inbound sales training session.
