Chloe has always loved technology, her earliest memories involve playing Crash Bandicoot on the family PS1. She even remembers their first computer – an IMAC G5! Her Dad loves anything to do with technology and computers, so that very much rubbed off on Chloe.
Chloe’s first piece of tech to call her own? She was 10 years old and given her sister’s old Nokia 3310, a rite of passage for every millennial! Nowadays, she’s still an Apple girl through and through (although Lisa is trying to convert her to Android!). She loves her iPhone and Macbook Pro and that won’t change!
Believe it or not, Chloe started her training career at Betty’s Cafe Tearooms. Her passion for training started very early, developing and implementing continuous training for the business. Running all kinds of different training sessions (the ones involving cake tasting were always the best!). Later in Chloe’s career, she got her first taste of the recruitment industry, visiting employers to educate them on Apprenticeships, training and development.
