It’s less than a week to go until the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards kick off, and we can’t stop talking about it!
We’re beyond excited to sponsor the category for Best Online Marketing, especially given the high calibre of finalists this year. These coveted awards welcome entries from all UK recruitment firms with a specialism within marketing, advertising, social media, digital, events and PR sectors.

We have been nominated for five awards this year - Best Online Marketing, Best Offline Marketing, Best Use of Mobile, Best International Agency and Best Agency-Side Recruitment Team. I would need to ask the judges why they selected us, but I’d like to think it’s because our passion and pride in the work we do came through in our applications.
Becoming a finalist for the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards is a real point of pride for us. It’s a reward for all the hard work our team has put in over the last year. To be acknowledged alongside the other fantastic agencies who have been shortlisted is a great honour.
To win would be phenomenal! The calibre of finalists this year is extremely strong so just being nominated is really exciting. There would be a party in the office I’m sure!
ASG was nominated for Best Recruitment Website last year. Although we were pipped to the post by the brilliant team at Aspire, we had a great night. They know how to host an event, that’s for sure! This year,
I’m looking forward to meeting new people, enjoying the entertainment and hopefully coming home with an award! (Fingers crossed)
Being a finalist is a great achievement, we are very proud to have been recognised. We are a small but dedicated team; we feel this reflects the genuine hard work, commitment and attitude of the whole team at Applause IT.
We were nominated to allow us to highlight our successes and build on them. We also wanted to show our team how proud we are of our achievements as a business and how each one of them has contributed to the growth.
We would obviously be delighted to win but recognise that the competition is strong. We’re only a small team so for us, getting this far is a great achievement.
We’re looking forward to the buzz and anticipation in the air. It will be a great opportunity to network with other recruiters across a range of sectors to see how we can grow and learn from some of their approaches.

As the biggest regional player in digital marketing, the whole team are over the moon with the nomination. It only adds to our successes that we’ve seen since launching the business little over 3 years ago. It’s a great achievement
It would be an independent endorsement of our digital marketing activities. The digital strategy is already very successful in attracting candidates and clients and to receive recognition at this level would be the icing on the cake. It proves that all the efforts the whole team, including consultants, have out into the strategy have truly paid off.

We were nominated for the performance of our annual salary survey campaign. Following on from our offline launch event in May, the report - and promotions surrounding it - have generated a great deal of roi as well as kudos from ecommerce enthusiasts across the globe.
Thousands of people and brands (including accounting firms!) have downloaded copies of the report and the unique content it provides has played a leading role in our content marketing, email marketing, SEO, outreach and social media marketing activities. It has also generated a great deal of positive publicity and exciting partnership opportunities for us.
As a recruitment business, being a finalist means a lot. It's like a pat on the back for giving something valuable back to our community, which is exactly what we're here to do.
We love shouting about our passion for the industry, but it's one thing to say something and another to show it. For us, this nomination is proof that we're doing what we say!
Winning would make us very happy! Everyone at cranberry towers and all of the honorary pandas and brands we work with have played a massive role in helping bring our strategy and the salary survey campaign to life. Getting an award would be a great way to thank them all for their dedication, support and hard work throughout the year.
