Bullhorn Automation Coaching for Speed and Growth

​NP Group is an international recruitment firm that has 3 brands specialised in providing talent solutions across a variety of sectors from Go-to-Market teams, RPOs, Managed Services, and DevOps.

They have Bullhorn and Bullhorn Automation, and wanted to:

  • Improve their candidate sourcing

  • Reduce admin

  • Clean their Bullhorn data

  • Re-engage passive candidates and former clients

  • Focus on improving their candidate and client experience.

Through a series of automation coaching sessions and access to Recruitment HIIT to boost the training, we trained the NP Group Team to build automations to:

  1. Help them re-engage their passive candidates

  2. Save time so that they can focus on improving their candidates and client relationships.

  3. They were also able to remove unnecessary fields from their Bullhorn database to improve Bullhorn adoption and data hygiene.

I Wanted to Be More Competitive and Drive Better Bullhorn Adoption

I was looking to grow my business and become more competitive and I wanted my team to use Bullhorn more.

To be competitive I needed to have correct data on my system.  We’d already been on a journey with Barclay Jones, and improved our usage.  We then invested in Cube19 (Analytics) and the next part of the plan was automation (Herefish).
