She managed to get through school before computers became the norm and upgraded to an Amiga pc (which booted up from disk) to write her dissertation whilst at University. After graduation, Lisa progressed into soft skills training, and then developed further onto IT training (as well as becoming a master of Tekken on Playstation!)

This evolved into a passion for smart working and she soon found that IT was an enabler. She became Head of IT for a recruitment company and built their IT and IT Training function into an award winning department beating some major corporations.

Since then, her experience working in a number of IT, Web and Operations director-level roles and her commercial and strategic approach, led to her name becoming well known in Yorkshire for developing processes and systems that drive business strategy forward.

Lisa is driven by a passion for strategic development and a proven ability to manage the change process for organisations.  Developing quality relationships with clients, with a proactive vision for business, this has enabled her to formulate policy and strategy with a hands-on approach.

She now owns all sorts of gadgets, and still owns her Spectrum...!
