I have worked in recruitment since 2000.   I started in recruitment as Recruitment Consultant, where I was given a desk, phone, 20 Telegraph Advert applications and told my target was £12k… “get on the phone”!    I transitioned into IT, supporting and managing the IT infrastructure, network management and eventually becoming an IT Director. 

What do I get a kick out of?

• I coach recruitment leaders to get the most from their Bullhorn tech stack.

• I work with leaders to automate their businesses with Bullhorn Automation.

• I help leaders and recruiters drive their desks, targets and business with Bullhorn Analytics.

• You will also see me delivering best practice recruitment training in our recruitment training platform, Recruitment HIIT.

Recruitment technology has changed significantly in 20 years and I love seeing technology implemented and successfully embedded into Recruitment Companies.   I enjoy working with recruiters who need to improve their speed and pipeline.  Recruitment Automation and Analytics are game changers and a passion of mine.
