I have worked in recruitment since 2000. I started in recruitment as Recruitment Consultant, where I was given a desk, phone, 20 Telegraph Advert applications and told my target was £12k… “get on the phone”! I transitioned into IT, supporting and managing the IT infrastructure, network management and eventually becoming an IT Director.

I help leaders and recruiters drive their desks, targets and business with Bullhorn Analytics.

Recruitment technology has changed significantly since 2000 and I love seeing technology implemented and successfully embedded into Recruitment Companies. I enjoy working with recruiters who need to improve their speed and pipeline. Recruitment Automation, AI, and Analytics are game changers and a real passion of mine.
