Gleeson Recruitment is a temporary, contract and permanent recruitment business specialising in Accountancy & Finance, Engineering & Manufacturing, Human Resources, IT, Procurement & Supply Chain, Transformation and Executive Search.

They were changing their recruiting CRM to Bullhorn. The entire business needed adoption training to ensure ROI. CRMFirst was a priority project – they wanted ROI and improved speed and process.

The team knew that best practice usage was crucial to maintaining a clean, effective database.

We delivered a bespoke Bullhorn training programme to 60 recruiters across two sites over six days ahead of their go-live date.

The Bullhorn Training focused on key recruiter workflows such as Sourcing Candidates Effectively, Time Management, System Shortcuts to improve speed, and Managing Leads to improve pipeline.

We engaged the team, created a positive learning environment and assisted individuals to understand the capability of the new CRM. The team now understands the benefits of fully utilising their Bullhorn recruitment CRM to enhance their ability to recruit and grow the business.

Our goal was to increase user adoption of our Bullhorn Recruiting software. Most of our staff already had a basic level of knowledge, but we needed to improve proficiency, engagement and ensure that they knew the full extent of what it could do for them.
