Amiqus approached Barclay Jones to help guide their team through the stages of a Bullhorn CRM implementation with minimal disruption.

We worked with Liz Prince and the team to help manage the migration to the new CRM as well as helping them define their recruitment workflows and processes.  We ran workshops to map out and define the Amiqus process going forward, assist with the mapping and testing of data into the Bullhorn CRM as well as regular calls / meetings to keep the project on time and budget.  We then followed with Bullhorn Training to help the team get maximum ROI from their new Recruitment system.

We continued to work with Liz and the team to improve ROI fro LinkedIn, Job Adverts and their digital marketing strategy.
