How Did We Help Steve Unlock Efficiencies with Bullhorn?

Hunter Reid are a small but perfectly formed recruitment team of 1.

Steve approached us to help him because:

  • He wanted a better candidate database to source from – AKA Bullhorn 1st!

  • He felt he was duplicating work and effort, and using processes external to Bullhorn, for example spreadsheets.

  • The config he'd completed wasn't adding much needed value.

  • He was wasting precious time and potentially missing opportunities.

Through a series of weekly workshops, we:

  1. Assessed on his current Bullhorn setup and usage, and advised on how to improve.

  2. Improved the Bullhorn configuration to aid speed and pipeline.

  3. Delivered 1-1 training to improve RoI (return on investment) and RoE (return on effort).
