Austin Fraser and Austin Vita are international recruiters working across technical and life science sectors providing both contract and permanent opportunities. As a business they have had stellar growth over the past 10 years, building a fantastic culture, investing in passionate people across multiple locations across the world.
Their challenge related to how each country engaged with their Bullhorn and associated recruitment systems. This in turn was leading to differences across their business process and ultimately the data they captured. Every region worked slightly differently and captured different information. This was causing challenges in efficiently servicing global clients.
A new team had been created within Austin Fraser to manage and improve the sales and recruitment systems. They wanted an end to end review of how each sales region was engaging with their Bullhorn and related systems, identify the blockers which were stopping the regions working together and with the support services and ultimately how they could build a 12-month strategy to tackle their challenges.
A 3-month plan, a detailed 1-year strategy and overall 3-year objectives were built that will form the basis of the their change and improvement plan for the next 3 years.
We built detailed recruitment and sales workflows which highlighted common and regional challenges – how were the recruiters using the systems, the state of their data and the impact on recruitment process.
