Stafforce specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment over a number of sectors: food and rink, construction, industrial, engineering and ports and logistics.
We were asked to help provide project management experience to the in-house project management team who were responsible for updating the current Adapt CRM solution. The goal of the project was not simply to migrate from an older version of Adapt, but to improve and streamline processes across their multiple sites and work streams. Best practice for front and back office was key.
In addition, we were asked to develop, plan, schedule and deliver Adapt training to all 150 users. The result was an engaged workforce who were ready to adopt their recruitment system from go live.
Improvement of the brand with an effective digital marketing and social recruiting strategy was also a key goal for their business growth. We worked with Marketing and Sales Management to advise on digital and social media strategy and policy. Training was delivered to key sales staff on LinkedIn, Twitter and blogging to help attract talent, clients and other recruiters.
