How Did We Help?

Capita have a massive recruiting arm, which consists of brands such as VeredusCapita Education, Capita IT Resourcing, Medicare First, Affinity Workforce etc…

We worked with these Capita recruitment brands for over 6 years. Our role was to act as their digital marketing advisor, advising them on strategy and how social media and digital can be integrated into their recruitment and marketing process.

We worked with the marketing director and social media manager and  conducted in-depth reviews with each of the Managing Directors of the recruitment brands – this helped us devise and advise on marketing strategy.  We mentored and trained  the social media and content manager to deliver best practice and engaging streams and content.

We delivered webinar and face to face training on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, Content and Broadbean.

We engaged Barclay Jones to help us to make use of the available social media streams and to enable us to capitalise on them from both a branding and recruitment perspective.

Barclay Jones work closely with myself, my social media manager and have conducted in-depth reviews with the Managing Directors of each recruitment brand within our division. This enables us to define the channels, devise a strategy and deliver confidence to the brands we support and importantly allowed us to educate, get buy-in and integrate social media into our everyday processes.

We see the benefits of using social media in our recruitment divisions and the project has been enjoyable and successful. Barclay Jones also helps us develop communication and training tools to help us educate our staff and Directors, and keep them engaged in these channels.
