We delivered a discovery workshop to present our view of their current marketing strategy (and that of their competitors). We then worked with them on a monthly basis to mentor / coach / train the Directors / Marketing Manager / Recruiters.

One project we are especially proud of is our Recruitment Awards Strategy - we worked with the team to advise on which awards to enter, how to devise awards copy, and generate ROI.
