Thorn Baker is a national recruiter specialising in recruitment sectors such as construction, facilities management, industrial, marketing etc… They are growing and needed help with their staff attraction (and retention) strategy.
Every recruitment leader is aware of what having a successful talent attraction strategy delivers – sustainable growth, less churn, less stress, reduced cost of placement and more profit!
We reviewed their current approach and strategy to staff attraction. We audited their digital approach, their recruitment processes, their content, and their marketing. We then delivered an internal attraction workshop to the marketing function and talent attraction manager to create a practical and measurable strategy to attract more recruiters to the Thorn Baker brand.
This was a really interesting project – our goal is to bring marketing, talent attraction and sales together to create a more joined up approach and ultimately a reduced churn and cost of hire.
