We needed to take the pressure off and improve performance.  We needed to make the job easier.

Automation Training to Increase Sales

One Player Mission is an award-winning recruiter specialising in computer, console, handheld, mobile, online games, and interactive entertainment recruitment.

They wanted automation to help them increase revenue, whilst reducing admin and improving the speed of workflows.  They wanted to free up their recruiters to manage their candidates, clients, and pipelines more efficiently.

Through a series of live Automation training webinars and online training through our recruitment training platform Recruitment HIIT, we trained the team to build automations which:

  • Cleaned their data

  • Nurtured their candidate and client database

  • Organised the recruiting team

  • Reduce admin

…Ultimately, to free up the recruiters to bill more.

The Pressure is Off – The Job is Easier

Jordan Adcock, One Player Mission

Recruitment is a big job, with a lot of duplication and admin.  We needed to take the pressure off and improve performance.  We needed to make the job easier allowing our recruiters to spend more time searching for candidates and clients and speaking to them.

Our lead recruiters are really enjoying automation and finding the value in it.  They are pushing this positive message out to the team, too.

We have initially focussed on helping the recruiters be more organised as they have some much to do - so taking away admin is going to be a positive thing.

Work is now more fluid for the team.  There’s less start and stop.  And we need less for onboarding.

There’s more excitement and buzz with the team.

I needed to work with someone who would allow me to get into the detail and ensure that I got team buy-in.  Working with Barclay Jones was great.  They were super patient and helpful.  They were able to help us see what other recruiters had achieved in the past so we could be reassured of our tactics.

3 words to describe my experience of Barclay Jones: easy going, confidence-building, positive.
