Lawson Clark are a legal support recruiter specialising in legal secretaries, paralegals and all other legal support staff.
They approached Barclay Jones and wanted to know more about our LinkedIn Training for Recruiters course. They understood that they weren’t utilising LinkedIn to its fullest and in particular wanted to know how to market themselves better, improve their searches and generate leads to increase business.
We visited their office and ran our hands-on course. The team were really surprised by all the features of LinkedIn which they were unaware of but found would improve their sourcing and networking skills.

Our goal in approaching Barclay Jones was ultimately to gain more business – in the form of candidates and clients, but also to develop a better understanding of how to use LinkedIn to recruit. We decided to work with Barclay Jones, over others, due to the strong focus their training had upon the sector relevant to our work, recruitment.
Barclay Jones are really easy to work with and were both very informative and flexible. The training was great value for money and it is a complete “no-brainer” that we would recommend them to other recruitment companies. We were very impressed with our experience of Barclay Jones.
As a result of the training we now know the tricks of the trade and we know how to make our profiles stand out and can source more effectively. It is going to be impossible for us not to gain business from the session especially as we have already sourced candidates for some pretty obscure roles that would not have been found without the training.
