Launching a new website was at the heart of their growth strategy. They are a lean team of experienced recruiters and billers needed to tap into our expertise to create Google-optimised website content capable of bd, account management, candidate, or colleague attraction.

As part of our recruitment marketing training we:

  • Created their site map to help them visualise the site and ensure that the site was delivered effectively.

  • Helped them develop the personas they wanted to “sell to”, as well as define their keyword list – crucial to Google and SEO.

  • Helped them understand effective journeys for their 3Cs to drive leads, opps, and candidates.

  • Created engaging and optimised website copy, and added it to site, whilst formatting and optimising it.

  • Through weekly interactive webinars, advising on best practice, and training them to maintain the site going forward.
