The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) gives all firms involved in the recruitment of professional talent that have a commitment to excellence, the specialist support and distinctive voice they need to be successful.
They aim to be the distinctive voice of the professional recruitment sector, with expert support and events designed by recruitment experts, and needed to kick start their digital marketing communications to improve membership attraction and services.
They wanted to significantly innovate their digital marketing approach and asked us to offer consultancy to create a strategy for them.
We delivered a Recruitment Marketing Strategy Discovery to focus on the opportunities APSCo has to improve marketing communications and deliver growth and ROI.
We benchmarked APSCo over 8 key areas, including:

We followed with a Digital Marketing Strategy Workshop for their stakeholders and delivered our ideas to improve digital marketing, improve member and event engagement, and overall ROI.
How Does Ann Feel?

I wanted to understand from a communications point of view where we were and gather suggestions on where we could improve. We wanted a third party who knew the market and us, and in particular knew the recruitment market.
