Clayton Recruitment are a recruitment specialist based in the North West with divisions for Legal, Commercial, Financial, Industrial, Engineering and Nursing.
Clayton Recruitment were implementing an Erecruit Adapt CRM system upgrade. It was critical that this was delivered effectively to ensure maximum adoption from their recruiters. They needed Adapt CRM Training.
All staff needed to be not only fully trained on the new system but also fully bought into the benefits and value of using their Adapt CRM effectively. They need to manage their relationships with both clients and candidates and drive internal process.
The real challenge was to be able to support the change management process after employees had been using their existing recruitment CRM for many years.
We delivered new user training to 21 members of staff in their Preston branch over 11 days and focused on skills such as data hygiene, sourcing and communicating, pipelining, KPIs and management information.

Our goal was to ensure that the everyone was ready to use the system on go-live, feel confident and stay engaged with our Adapt CRM.
Erecruit referred Barclay Jones to us to help with our go live project and Luke was a brilliant trainer, fun and approachable. He created a very friendly and open atmosphere – everyone was very engaged. We had to have some pretty intense training, but he kept everyone feeling positive throughout. The training was adapted to the pace of the group – we really liked their adaptability.
Our Adapt recruitment CRM is now in place, we have a far more superior system and already our recruiters are seeing the benefits; they are feeling that their role is more automated and they are seeing the advantage of an up-to-date system.
