What Did We Do?
Pertemps Network Group are the UK’s largest Recruitment Agency, with an enviable number of brands covering all private and public sectors.
They have a busy training team, and a large recruitment team. They have an Adapt Recruitment Database which they need to increase the adoption of.
We conducted an “Adapt for Sales” Discovery to understand how they were using Adapt in their sales process. This helped us to design a strategy for an “Adapt for Sales” workshop which the team could roll out to their managers and recruiters.
We then delivered our Adapt for Sales workshop to the Directors of the key brands to start the buy-in process
We followed with a Train the Trainer workshop for the in-house trainers to improve confidence, generate content and ideas for recruiter buy-in.

My goal was to increase the skills and confidence of my training team so that they can improve the Training we deliver to the Pertemps Network Group I needed to identify the gaps in our training style and processes for delivery. We had a specific focus on Adapt as a Sales Tool.
We wanted to work with Barclay Jones as someone in the Pertemps Network Group recommended that we work with Lisa and her team.
They were very engaging and had a personal flair which we liked. The sessions were not generic Train the Trainer or Adapt Training sessions. Rather, the senior Directors and my training team felt comfortable asking questions, even questions which may have been “out of scope”. The sessions were also fun and informative.
I’d recommend recruiters work with Barclay Jones, especially if they are using a Recruitment System like Adapt.
Working with Barclay Jones had a big impact. We now know what our “flaws” are and what we need to do to improve.
